A school teacher has alleged sexual harassment by colleague. On the basis of the complaint FIR has been lodged under the provisions of the Indian Penal Code under sections 354 – molestation, 354A -sexual harassment, 354D – Stalking, 509 – word, gesture act intended to insult modesty women.
