Need for publicising the constitution of the ICC

The Sexual Harassment Act enlists the duties of an employer. The duty of en employer does not end in merely constituting an ICC. The existence and composition of the ICC has to be informed to the Employees. If employees are not aware that an ICC exists in their office they cannot make complaints.
