It is the duty of the employer to constitute an Internal Complaints Committee and to conduct capacity building for the Internal Complaints Committee.

  • Conduct awareness sessions for the employer and ICC on maintaining confidentiality and independence of the ICC.
  • We provide assistance in drafting the ICC Annual Report.
