The training session for employees is a comprehensive awareness and sensitization session.

• In our sensitization and awareness session we :
  • Train employees and sensitize them of what constitutes sexual harassment
  • Train employees working of the act, how to file a complaint, who can file a complaint, when representatives can file a complaint.
  • Explain them the punishment and consequences of engaging in sexual harassment.
