SHLC- Sexual Harassment Law Compliance Advisory is a POSH compliance advisory body specializing in Prevention of Sexual Harassment at Workplace Laws.
Our team consists of POSH consultants, workplace diversity advisors, lawyers, psychologists and counsellors having work experience of 30+ years. We aim to help organizations put in place all the mandatory compliances, enabling workplaces to be inclusive, diverse and gender neutral.
SHLC provides assistance in documentation, consultation and training services to help organizations comply with the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013.
We work on drafting anti-sexual harassment policies, sensitization and awareness sessions and ICC capacity building, enabling workplaces to be inclusive, diverse and gender neutral.
SHLC has designed and conducted training, sensitization and awareness workshops for employees, supervisors and senior management. We provide support of external member empanelment for several organizations across sectors. We also specialized in designing and conducting capacity building and strengthening programmes for Internal Complaints Committee Members.
